To start your return or exchange, please go to our Returns/Exchange portal.

When sending back your return, please include the original packing list to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return within 1-3 business days, and you will be notified via email.

Our Return Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from mnml.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit, refund, or exchange for any returned merchandise. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items.

Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
