How do I return or exchange items bought from TikTok Shop?Updated 25 days ago

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your mnml product.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are able to accept returns or exchanges from TikTok Shop U.S. orders within 30 days of receipt.  

Please follow the below steps to start your return:

• Head to your TikTok Profile

• Navigate to “Your Orders” and select “Orders”

• You will be re-directed to the mnml returns portal

• Choose the item, select “Return,” and specify a return reason from the options provided (Note: Items may be returned for a refund or an exchange).

Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.

Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable).
