Order Protection is a premium shipping protection service that covers your order from every major issue that can occur in transit. Your order is protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items, and missing items.
If something goes wrong, you can file a claim in just a few clicks and receive a refund or reshipment once the claim is approved. To take advantage of Order Protection, make sure Order Protection is purchased during checkout.
How do I purchase Order Protection?
In checkout, you’ll see a toggle to turn Order Protection on or off. Turn the toggle on to add protection to your order. You’ll see it listed as a line item at checkout and on your order confirmation. If you forgot to add it or want to remove it immediately after purchase, reach out to our support team, and we can assist.
How do I file a claim with Order Protection?
You can file a claim at: claim.orderprotection.com
You’ll only be able to file a claim if you purchased Order Protection at the time of checkout.
What does Order Protection cover?

Lost packages
Damaged items
Stolen packages
Wrong items received
Defective items
Missing items from your shipment
What happens after I file a claim?
Once you submit your claim, it will be reviewed by the Order Protection support team. Most claims are processed within 24-48 hours. If approved, you’ll receive a refund or reshipment based on your preference and product availability.
Can I use a discount code on Order Protection?
No, discounts or promo codes do not apply to Order Protection. Any discounts in your order apply only to the shippable products on the order, not the protection service.
Is Order Protection refundable?
Order Protection is a non-refundable service once the order has been fulfilled. If your order has not shipped yet, reach out to our support team to request removal.
